INGREDIENTS ~

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 3-4 Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1/2 cup water

 


INSTRUCTIONS ~

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend on high-speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
