Creamy Vegan Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS ~
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons champagne or white wine vinegar
- 1-2 lemons juiced
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt® Seaweed Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Makai Pure® Deep Sea Salt®
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked Selina Naturally® Organic Black Peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt® Seaweed Seasoning (if using anchovies)
- 1/2 avocado
- 4-6 tablespoon coconut water, add more for consistency
STEPS ~
- Blend all together in a blender until smooth.
