Creamy Vegan Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS ~

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons champagne or white wine vinegar
  • 1-2 lemons juiced
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt® Seaweed Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Makai Pure® Deep Sea Salt®
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked Selina Naturally® Organic Black Peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt® Seaweed Seasoning (if using anchovies)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4-6 tablespoon coconut water, add more for consistency

 


STEPS ~

  1. Blend all together in a blender until smooth.
