INGREDIENTS ~
- 3 cups raw cashews
- Two organic egg whites
- ½ cup organic turbinado sugar
- 2 tablespoons Creole super seasoning
STEPS ~
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place egg whites into medium bowl.
- Whisk egg whites by hand until they’re very frothy, but not quite to soft peaks stage.
- Add the sugar, cashews, and Creole super seasoning. Toss well to coat.
- Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread into single layer.

- Bake at 350° for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown, checking mixture every 10 minutes.
- Cool mixture completely on the sheet pan over a wire rack.
- Break nut clusters into chunks. Enjoy!
