INGREDIENTS ~
- 2 cups organic plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh organic dill
- ½ cup fresh organic basil
- ½ cup fresh organic chives
- 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt® Brand Fine Ground sea salt
- ¼ cup organic fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Selina Naturally® Organic Black Peppercorns
- 1 head organic romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 organic daikon radish, cubed
- A few fresh slices of parmesan cheese (use a carrot peeler)
- 1 cup fresh organic cherry tomatoes
STEPS ~
- In a food processor, blend yogurt, dill, basil, chives, Celtic Sea Salt®, lemon juice, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.
- Assemble salad and toss dressing to coat the lettuce, daikon and tomatoes.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese slices. Serve cold.
