INGREDIENTS ~
- 1 corn on the cob
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, cubed
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ limes, juiced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno (or less to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped olives
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- Add a pinch or more of Celtic Sea Salt® , Flower of the Ocean® to bring out the flavor
STEPS ~
- Gently mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adjusting lime juice and Jalapenos to taste.
