INGREDIENTS ~

  • 1 corn on the cob
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ limes, juiced
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno (or less to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • Add a pinch or more of Celtic Sea Salt® , Flower of the Ocean® to bring out the flavor

 


STEPS ~

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adjusting lime juice and Jalapenos to taste.
